procedures to ensure the highest quality in
workmanship and to ensure 100% customer
satisfaction with our exterior painting.We take
great pride in our unmatched quality and attention
to detail. By following these 12 procedures, we will
beautify your home and maintain your investment for
years to come.

Numbers 1 - 5
are the exterior surface PREPARATION PHASE. No matter which
paint you choose, if your home is not prepared
properly, it will not last!
Our proven process:
- Remove shutters, address
numbers, and anything else that does not get
painted.
- Power-wash house with
bleach to mitigate mold and mildew, oxidation,
loose paint, dirt or grime.
- Hand scrape any other
loose paint.
- Prime all bare wood with
a primer.
- Caulk all joints, cracks;
around doors, windows, on top of trim, nail
holes, and corners with
Sherwin Williams Elastomeric Lifetime Caulk, (expands and
contracts)
- Tape and paper all
windows.
- Put tarps wherever we are
painting; decks, bushes, driveway, etc.
- Brush & Roll or Spray
& Back-Roll siding depends on application.
We use
Sherwin-Williams Lifetime Paints.
- Spray shutters and front
door for a smooth as glass look.
- Face out all front trim
with 2 coats of lifetime paint.
- We provide the option for
FREE address numbers.
- We will leave any
leftover paint with you.
The foreman will walk around
house with you to insure your satisfaction when
finish.
